My wife made me make this post!

via ABC News.

The House of Representatives voted today to repeal the Affordable Care Act. It was the 33rd time Republicans have voted to chip away at, defund,  or repeal the health care law. Democrats called the move a political charade since the repeal law has no chance of becoming law this year.

Really? Really?  33 times!  It appears that the GOP has nothing better to do.  You lost – get over it.

But leading into the Supreme Court’s health care decision on June 28, Speaker Boehner vowed to repeal anything that the justices left standing.

Big companies are buying the election and people are hurting.  They need jobs.  So what does the GOP do?  They host a pointless vote on healthcare.

“We’ve made it pretty clear and I’ll make it clear one more time: If the court does not strike down the entire law, the House will move to repeal what’s left of it,” Boehner, R-Ohio, pledged the day before the ruling.

OK dumb ass.  I think we got it after just 32 votes.  Find something to do – something productive!

Phil, your wife mist be awesome. I mean 32 times. The US is the only major industrial nation that doesn’t give a fuck about keeping people healthy. I mean think about it. Health is not a choice. For the most part it’s an accident or addiction. At either extreme people are not in control of their health. What GOP wants is paying for life. That’s right. While you can’t kill an embryo, fuck up and slice your body and die if you can’t pay for antibiotics and stitches. Hey just claim bankruptcey from medical bills. Sheesh as if idiot poor people chose to be sick to milk the system. Even at worst trailer trash go to the emergency room for bee stings because they can’t do anything else. If we had decent outpatient care it would be different. Only elitist bastards want to cloister well being to the rich.
